alot about the servers re-release feels rushed, we are missing many key armonic features.
here is a list of general complaints i have noticed
the beginning eco is very bad:
Making a faction
in the old armonic you could start the game with a few friends and make a reasonable sized starting base
, it took my faction 3 minutes of voting as the quickest way to get the 10k to make a faction. why do we need to vote to get the money for a faction.
what other options was there to get the start of a faction. you would need 10 faction members to give the leader all there money get the faction and then have no money for other starting items
you could have built an unclaimed base and wait for the money to start the faction and lose the opportunity for a corner claim.
overall there was no effective way for the f2p player to make a faction immediately at reset and have a chance of a corner claim
getting the resources for a base.
personally i feel that a base should be generally cheap and easy to set up. this allows you to quickly set your place on the server. this could be done with gen buckets available in the shop and not the donator store. with current eco i feel it is immposible(without spending money) to make a beginning base without making a smaller underground base previusly.
i feel you should be able to join, make a base, build a beginning farm inside the base, and grow financially from that. a base should be a shell that protects the goods on the inside that is easily replacable when broke but not be something that you have to spend all your money on getting a new one.
envoys would be a good way to get mats for a base but envoys are very bad in their current state if envoys could drop small obsidian genbuckets that only went 30 up or something that would be good.
i dont have anything to say about higher eco as i have not reached it yet to see what it is but i will say what i think the eco points should be.
beggining- has a base with a crop based farm
(base value 0-1,000,000)
earlymiddle- crop based farm should be main income but has a couple blaze spawners.
(base value 1,000,000-10,000,000)
middle- spawner and crop income are at same point and enough blazes for a infinite single person spawner.
(base value 10,000,000-25,000,000)
latemiddle- spawner income is now highest and enough blazes for multiple members.
(base value 25,000,000-50,000,000)
late- spawner income is now very profitable and enough spawners for everyone in faction.
(base value >50,000,000)
the server feels rushed
armonic is missing many key armonic features. old armonic had many opportunities for new players with quests and even things like warp pvp grind. these little things helped a lot. we are now missing many of these. aspects. we don't have the simple things like warp pvp warp dp warp casino warp trampoline. these were nice things to have but just seem to be missing now.
we used to have the mythic pond but now the crates just in an awkward location.
i think the server has been rushed to release because many features where glossed over many players have tried to buy the trench pickaxe that is in the store but that plugin isnt on the server yet.
armonic was a special server that offered many options for f2p players but now feels like a cash grab for either the sakes of keeping a calm eco or just exploiting the players who used to frequent this server.
i might be rushed to make this post even but the new armonic isn't the old armonic and i don't like the change.
